Welcome- my name is Shannon and I am a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula based on Long Island, offering compassion and support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. I believe that every birthing person deserves to feel informed, respected, and deeply supported as they navigate this transformative experience. My role is to provide steady guidance, emotional reassurance, and hands-on comfort while honoring your values, choices, and unique journey into parenthood. Services Offered
This package includes 2 in-person prenatal visits, unlimited text and email support/communication for the duration of the pregnancy, labor support during the birth of your baby, and 1 postpartum visit. The rate I charge is for the entirety of our time together.
This package includes assistance during the day with your baby (diapering, feeding, etc), or any household tasks that will positively impact your recovery and promote bonding time with your child. With my help, we will make your postpartum journey blissful, and stress-free! The rate I charge for this is hourly.
Each overnight shift is 8 hours long, usually from 10pm-6am. This is ideal for families that want support during the night time. With my help, the new parents will be able to rest and recover as much as possible. As your doula, I will tend to all the needs of the baby (diaper changes, feeding, burping, putting back to sleep) which will allow you to sleep and be energized for the following day! The rate I charge for this is per night. If there are multiple babies, a different rate will be discussed at interview.
